- Best for: Relieving everyday day, stiffness and tension.
- You’ll learn: Gentle, guided roller techniques to rehydrate connective tissue, decompress common stress points, and restore alignment.
- Results you can expect: Improved mobility, less day-to-day pain, faster workout recovery.
- Format: 60 minutes each • Live on Zoom weekly or offered in-person throughout the year.
- Tools: MELT soft roller + treatment balls provided for in-person classes. Must have your own equipment for Zoom classes
